event tickets & wine club members
Wine Club Members can purchase up to 2 wine club event tickets per membership. General public tickets must be purchased after. Wine Club Membership will be verified at the time of purchase.
tickets are not shipped
Event tickets are not shipped. Please bring a valid ID to your event and we will verify your information with the credit/debit card used for purchase. You may bring your confirmation receipt to the event for faster check-in.
ticket cancellations & refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations between five days and 48 hours before the event will incur a $25 per ticket/person cancellation fee. Cancellations 48 hours before the event date will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
EXAMPLE: A Saturday evening event must be cancelled by 6:30 pm on Monday for a full refund. Cancellations after 6:30 pm on Monday but before 6:30 pm on Thursday will incur a $25 per ticket/person cancellation fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after 6:30 pm on Thursday.
prepaid promotional voucher cancellations & transfers
Prepaid promotional vouchers must be cancelled 48 before the event to receive an equal value event credit. Vouchers cancelled after 48 hours will receive a credit but registrants must pay the difference of a full price event ticket when transferring to another event date.
how to request a ticket cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received via email ([email protected]) by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be issued back on credit or debit card.
